Collecting Dates in a Reoccurring Approval

I have a sheet that needs to be reviewed and approved by multiple individuals on a regular reoccurring basis. I have already set up the workflow for this to happen but I will need to keep a list of the dates they were previously approved. Is there a way to use a formula like Join/Collect to do this?

When I try it will just over write that is in the cell to the new date value. Below is what the sheet looks like.

You could copy the row each time to another sheet and then use a cross-sheet formula to collect it back to the main sheet.

Make sense?
