Why Created By (auto generate column) show automation SS email when we attach the file first?
When user firstly attached file before fill up other columns, "created by" column will show "automation@smarsheet.com" email.
It seems that to get correct email, user need to fill up other column 1st before attach something.
Can we change this? cause i need to use "created by" column for an email automation.

Typically there will be a few instances where "automation@smartsheet.com" will appear within a System-generated column: Created By; values inserted into a Cell via Approval Request, Record a Date, and Assign People actions. At this time, uploading an Attachment on a New Row will not record the User who uploaded it (it should appear blank), this is also true with the Comment Feature.
If your Automation Workflow Trigger is related to an Attachment or Comment and this is the first action taken on the New Row, then a subsequent change is made after via the mentioned Actions above, the Created By Cell will be "automation@smartsheet.com".
The only way around this is to insert values onto the new Rows either manually, Update Request, or Form.
As we don't currently have this functionality, you may submit an Enhancement Request via this form for our Product Team to consider for development. We appreciate your input!
