Start Date / Alert Someone
I know I am over thinking this but I am trying to figure out 2 week look out.
Lets say Start date 7/20/21 and I want Smartsheet to give me an alert 2 weeks before. What is the correct set up in Smartsheet?

Try setting it to run based on the date field and then set the condition to be when that date field is in the next 14 days.
If that doesn't work, I usually insert a date column and then use a formula to populate the date I want the automation to run on then set it to trigger based on this new date column. In your case the formula would be
=[Start Date] - 14

In the Trigger, do I put it at "2 weeks before"? Also, what do I set in the Conditions?

Actually I would change the trigger to "Custom" and set it to run daily. Then in the condition portion change "is greater than" to "is in the next" and type in "14".
