Hide Collaborator List

How can you publish a smart sheet to a specific set of emails, but also hide the list of collaborators?

I thought I figured it out with the following workflow:

• add the emails to a group
• share the sheet with the group and disable send notifications
• publish the sheet using Read Only - Full and set Access Control to "Only available to users who are shared to the item"
• manually send the published link

However, a user can defeat this by:

• Log into smart sheet
• Click Browse
• Open the sheet that is shared with them
• Click on Share
• Click on the group to see other emails associated with it

Yes, I missed mentioning Dynamic View.

If you have access to DW, that would probably work great.

Which Smartsheet plan do you have? If you have Enterprise or higher, you could use the WorkApps feature.

Is that an option?

Thank you Andree. I'm not sure what version of Smartsheet we have, but I believe I have a solution using Dynamic Views.
