Some rows are not moving to the another sheet

Dear Smartsheet Community,

I have set the below automation in my sheet where I am trying to move the row to the another sheet. But I noticed that sometimes some of the rows get stuck and don't move to the another sheet even they met all the condition below. Can someone please help to get the reason why it happens.

So when ever it happens every time I had to change/update the existing values in order to move them.

Hope you are fine, i advise you to use daily check to be triggered everyday at specific hours ( 10:00 AM for example) instead of field change as following:

Hi Bassam, Thank you so much for your inputs. Unfortunately I can't change the trigger method as we want this to be triggered multiple times everyday based on the trigger condition.

Any other suggestions please..

you can repeat the workflow 3 or 4 time to be triggered for example ( 8 , 11 , 14, 17 )

Sorry but that wont work as we need this on real time. Even repeating it in the gap of 30 minutes will affect on the timeliness of the task. So we have to stick with the real time.

You can add a checkbox helper column that checked when all conditions are met an use it to trigger your work flow it is the best way

Hi Andrée, Thanks for looking into this. Just to let you know that I don't have any formula in those cell value column. All these 3 columns type are (Task Type = Multiselect Restricted to dropdown value only, Assigned to = Contact List restricted to list value only and Tier = Single select restricted to drop down list value only)
