How to set up and automate a template for this report chart in the dashboard?

Hi guys,

do you know how to set up the following report chart in my dashboard? I have seen this kind of report chart in one of the Smartsheet webinars.

My requirements to this report chart would be :

Every time I set up a new project plan, every person in my "Assigned to" column should be automatically involved in this chart. So generally, I do not want to set up the report manually. It should be like a template, which automatically shows the data, depending on the source sheet (project plan).
The chart should only display the outstanding tasks by person.

My current problem is that I am only able to set up this kind of report "Workload: Outstanding Tasks by Person" in table view. But for the chart version I need figures and I do not find a proper solution concering my requirements.

Is there anybody who could help me on this? :)

Have you explored using the Premium App, Control Center?

Is that an option?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

@Torsten Schopf the newly added functionality below should help you to achieve this:

Create a workspace that will hold all your projects plans.

Set up a report, and when doing so select the entire workspace, as opposed to the individual plans. That way, when new plans are added to the workspace, these are automatically added to the report.

You may have to play around a bit with the report to work out how to show outstanding tasks. you probably have a status column in each project plan that shows if the task is outstanding which you could filter.
