Dashboard creation from Portfolio Metrics sheet

Hi everyone,

I am trying to build a dashboard of metrics and charts, I discovered that it is easier using data from sheets than from report and summary reports. I came across portfolio metrics as source sheet for dashboard - I am thinking it was created by linking cells from different sheets.

How can I go about creating formula to auto populate portfolio metrics sheet from my project sheets so it can serve as a source data for my dashboard?

Please help me.
