Sights & Gantt Chart

In my report, the Row description is showing on the gantt chart as I have set-up. However, when I look at the Sight Gantt chart it is gone.

Also, my project starts in March and it keeps going back to January 01 for the display. This results in a lot of blank data that is useless.
