Form user identification

Hi all,

is there a way (activity rapport for example) that captures the email adres of the person submitting the form? I know that there is an option that user has to register in Smartsheet and that would identify the user but i would like to know if there is anything possible without the registration?

If you don't want them to log in, you can use one of the following options.

• Add a column where they add their email or similar.
• Use the URL-Query feature to pre-populate different users IDs or similar.

Make sense?

thanks for this, i have to play around with this feature but that could potentially work. One more question, if you do not mind, can the actual submitted form be downloaded somewhere?
