Not able to access Smartsheet
I upgraded Piper Rice today from Windows 10 1900 to Windows 10 20H2 and since that time she has been unable to access Smartsheets since the upgrade.
She goes to the following link:
https://app.smartsheet.com/b/home?ss_v=138.1.1&rm=on&sua=home – Does this url need to be added to favorites in Chrome?
Which brings up this page.
She logs in but for whatever reason she is re-directed to this page:
What we should do ?

This seems to be an "issue" with the Single-Sign-On, either internal or something with Smartsheet.
Firstly, check with your IT department.
Secondly, if you haven’t already, I recommend reaching out to the Smartsheet Support Team.
