Filtering Report Based on Missing Field

I'm trying to filter a report to select for rows that are missing a column. I have tried selecting "Column A is blank" but this results in only rows that have that column and it is blank and not rows that don't have that column at all.

Any advice you can offer is appreciated!

Unfortunately, it's not possible to filter for a missing column, but it's an excellent idea!
