Automated workflow change cell not trigerring

Hi all,

I am trying to set up a workflow in a very basic way in a Smartsheet. Basically that would be:

When the tickbox is cheched in a field called "done", then change status to "closed.

Despite all my efforts the status field remains the same. I am attaching a workflow configuration screenshot:

Ensure that you've checked the Sheet Change Notification Settings box to Include my changes in sheet notifications in your Personal Settings (circle/profile in the lower-left corner).

Hi Andrée,

I confirm this is ticked, no luck, I managed to configure similar workflow in other sheets, but on this one it seems like I can manage to get it to work.

Do you make the change and then save?

IF you do, I'd recommend testing to make a copy of the Workflow and see if that "resets" it.

Just tried duplicating, and recreating, still not working. Other workflows configured on the workseet work, even more complex ones. I created an intake form with a WF to send a notification to me and capture a date upon submission, and conditionnal formatting is in place without issue. Just this "Change cell" is not working; I tried to set up another bogus WF with other parameters on this sheet, it did not work either.
