Smartsheet policy for your organization?

Asking this again since the thread I found did not have many responses - has anyone written a Policy & Procedure for your organization for rules around using Smartsheet?

Looking to cover:

  • User management- who gets licenses/levels of access for different staff
  • Storing work in designated workspaces
  • Sharing/publishing outside the organization

Any samples or suggestions you would be willing to share would be great, thanks!
