Backup is Pending for more than 24 hours

Hello,
I requested a backup on 9/20 and it is showing pending until now (9/21 - after more than 24 hours). Please, what should I do?

Can you try requesting a Manual backup and see if that works? If not, try this with another internet connection, preferably with a hard line connection and without using a VPN (if applicable).
If that still hasn't helped, please contact Smartsheet Support so they can determine the root cause with the following details:
1. When did the attempted download take place? Date/Time/Time Zone.
2. What is the expected size of the download/backup?
3. What is the size of the partial download on previous attempts?
4. Email of the downloading user?

Thank you for replying me back. I already tried all of this options and nothing is working.
So, today I received and email from smartsheet that they will check it... hope they can solve the problem soon.
