Salesforce/Smartsheet Connector Workflow Error Help
I have a Smartsheet with only 91 rows and only need to map 9 columns to Salesforce. I want Smartsheet data to flow into Salesforce. I keep getting this error though when I try to save the workflow.
Any ideas why this workflow isn't wanting to connect. I didn't think it would be this complicated.
"Workflow can't update more than 20000 rows. Manage your filters in the steps before to decrease their quantity."

That error is in regards to updating the sheet in Smartsheet, versus updating Salesforce. Is it possible that how you've set up your mapping would mean that in a bidirectional workflow there would be more than 20,000 rows created in your sheet?
It sounds like you're only looking to update one way (into Salesforce) so I would recommend creating a new workflow with the Sync direction only going into Salesforce. (See: Connectors: Sync Smartsheet with Salesforce or Service Cloud)
Cheers,
Genevieve
