Send Email when any Cell except 1 changes

Hello,

Is there a way to send an email when any cell except one changes?

I have a field called job status. I need it so that if any field except job status is updated to send an email. What would be the best way to go about this?

You'll want to identify all the other possible options/columns that could change in the sheet in the Trigger Block at the top of the workflow, like so:

Make sure to exclude Job Status and you should be good to go!

Since I had a lot of cells I have a cell with join and I am looking for a change in that cell. Is there a way to not have the cell be sent on an email?

so what I have is a column called notify user of change with "=JOIN([Row Start]@row:[Row End]@row)" and the following for notification.

Is there a way to not have the change notification email included on any emails.

Hi @DBlasdell

No problem - if you go this route, you'll just want to click on the Custom Message section at the very bottom and change where it says "Message includes links to sheet and all fields" to be "specific fields".

No, there currently isn't an option in the trigger to exclude one column value, but please do let the Product team know of your request through this form, here!
