Automated Workflow - Task Complete

I am working to set up an approval workflow that has the ability to respond from an email. Here's the situation; The first person checks a box in Smartsheet, this sends an email asking the 2nd person to complete a task. Once the 2nd person has completed their task, I want them to be able to check a box in the email to inform the 1st person that they have completed the task.

The closest workflow that I have found is the Approval Workflow and changing the button names. The issue with this is that I don't want a 'Decline' option.
