Extract dates from proofs

I need to display: Date proof was added & Date proof was approved in the grid. Other than having a PM or Designer manually log these dates, I can't find a way to extract these dates from the proof and list them in the grid.

The way you're extracting these dates and data right now (manually) is the current way to do this. If you want to make it a bit easier on the PM or Designer, you could set up a Checkbox column for when these actions happen (one for Upload and one for Approval) and then set up a Record Date workflow (see: Set the Current Date with Record a Date Action)
