Unable to see the edited text button with the correct values under approval workflow

I have customized the approval button text, and it worked for a while, but now it is back to showing approved and decline, without making any changes. what should I do to have the text show my preferred text instead of the default value?

We implemented a fix over the weekend, you should see the Approval Requests coming through with custom text now! Thanks again for reporting this issue.

I'm able to replicate what you're seeing - Approval Requests are not currently honouring the custom button text set in the workflow. Our Support team is investigating this and I'll follow-up on this thread when I have more information!
