data shuttle excel attachment issue

Hi Experts,

I have created a data shuttle with should work with an excel attachment. As you see here there is no error on the data upload, but when I check the sheet the cells are not updated. I tried the same excel sheets save on One Drive and here it works. But I need to get it work as excel attachment.

Any idea what could be the issue?

I don't see an attachment selected in this workflow build - is there an attachment currently in the sheet?

See where mine says "File Found":

Can you try building the workflow from scratch again, selecting the most recent attachment on that sheet? Then if it doesn't trigger when you upload the attachment, it would be useful to see screen captures of the rest of your workflow set up.

thanks for your feedback.

yes there was an attachment in the file with the name visible.

I check the upload today again and it was running as it should be.

Not sure what cause the issue last week, but all good now.
