Work Insights - "Last updated, 2 days ago"

Hi - I am just starting to explore using Work Insights.

One of my sheets says "Last updated, 2 days ago", so my query is, is Work Insights meant to stay live/current?

Or will there always be a delay of 2+ days in visualizing the data involved? Which doesn't seem that useful for live/real-time data reporting.

Is there a way to force this to be current? How does this behaviour work?

I added a row, why didn’t the count change in Work Insights?

Smartsheet refreshes your Work Insights data every 24 hours. New or modified data will appear in the next refresh cycle. The date and time of last refresh appear at the very top of the Work Insights panel.

I think I may have figured this out - I hadn't updated the sheet for awhile - so the date may be reflective of the last time I updated the information, before Work Insights refreshes sometime within the coming 24-hour period.
