Form Logic - If No Add instruction to Submit form

I have a form and I"ve added a field where the answer is Yes or No. If the answer is Yes, they go on to other fields. However, if the answer is No, I'd like a comment to appear that says: Thank you, please click on submit to finish.

Is that possible in some way?

Unfortunately, you'd have to add a field. You could use a Header field and then only add the header text.

You could use the Form Logic to decide what should show when Yes and No.

Yes, I am using form logic to decide what shows for the Yes and No. However, the only options are to show fields. There is no option, that I can see, that will allow you to display a message.

I was hoping someone might know a workaround to this. If they select No at this point, I want a message that says "Click on Submit Form". I don't want to show any more fields. But I also don't want to leave them hanging without instructions.

To clarify, you'd set the Form Logic only to show that header if they select No.
