I was wondering how I would change the date format to USA to UK.

There are two ways that you can adjust date formats. If you want to configure how you view dates throughout your entire Account, you can set your own preferences in your Personal Settings. See: Specify Default Date and Number Formats With Regional Preferences

This setting is only for you, so if anyone else is looking at the same sheet, the dates will display based on their settings.

However, there is another way to adjust date format, to make sure that everyone looking at the sheet sees the same thing. This would be formatting the column itself directly in the sheet. See: Apply Standardized Date Formats in Your Sheet

Click on the column name to highlight the column, then select your date preference from the format toolbar:
