how to find out if an email exists?
Hi all,
I have a list of people with emails in my smartsheet.
Some of them left the company, how can I find out from smartsheet that their email not exist anymore and to mark them in the sheet?

If you are a System Admin for your organization, you can generate a User List. This sends an email to you with the report of all users and their associated roles in your account. (See: Admin Center: Bulk Actions and More with User Management)
Then depending on how you have your sheet set up, you could Import this file into Smartsheet and then either use a cross-sheet formula or a Grouped Report to see if the email exists in both places.

unfortunately I am not a system admin and there are although users which are not in our company.
The mentioned list must otherwise updated regular.
I thought it could be possible to see a reject from the target mail server and set a cell and trigger a workflow.
