Can you use a form to allow users to select available time slot

We are trying to utilize a smartsheet form for recipients to select a time slot for a specific training we are doing. We are offering a training to some internal folks but are limited in seats for each session. There are 12 sessions, some on the same date just at different times.  

Will use form to -

• * Allow recipient to select date
• * Then would allow them to select a time
• * Then ask for and populate their name or email into a field in smartsheet to secure that spot

Question - Once all seats for that session is filled is there a formula and way we can we gray out that time /date to no longer have it be an available selection in the form?

Hi @JBrenier

There currently isn't a way to use a formula or conditional rules in a Form to grey out or block a possible selection from being made from a dropdown or date column.

You can set up formulas within the underlying sheet for alerts or warning flags for duplicates, but the form itself will have the same structure no matter what's been submitted before. Please let the Product team know of your feature request by filling in this form, here!
