Automate Drop down Lists

I am using a list of employees as drop down lists.

Is there a way to automate the drop downs on multiple forms when an employee is added?

    What I am looking for is a list of employee names to be updated as employees are hired or fired. Not all employees have an email address, so as the list of names on a sheet changes, so does the list of employees from dropdown lists on all forms.

    I will look into the additional apps provided.
