Automate Drop down Lists
I am using a list of employees as drop down lists.
Is there a way to automate the drop downs on multiple forms when an employee is added?

What I am looking for is a list of employee names to be updated as employees are hired or fired. Not all employees have an email address, so as the list of names on a sheet changes, so does the list of employees from dropdown lists on all forms.
I will look into the additional apps provided.

Hi Jennifer,
If there is, I would love to know. What I have noticed is that if I populate my contact list, those contacts will appear in sheets within the same workspace. If you have different types of contacts, I don't know of a way to differentiate. Hoping your question is answered as well.

I recently developed a solution for a client where the Dropdown lists are kept updated using the premium app, Data Shuttle.
Is that an option?

Would "Contact Lists" a seemingly complicated field type be treated the same with this addin? Would we have to create our own contact lists with separate Name and Email Fields, along with the complicated formulas that come along with multilple contact fields?
