I want the formula to count how many risks there are that are open.
=COUNTIFS([Risk or Issue?]:[Risk or Issue?], "Risk", ([Status], "Open")))
I can't seem to get it to work. Can anyone help?
Thanks
Hi @lukasrobbo97
I hope you're well and safe!
Try something like this.
=COUNTIFS([Risk or Issue]:[Risk or Issue], "Risk", Status:Status, "Open")
Did that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!

Hi @Andrée Starå, thank you that worked.
How about if I had multiple sub components that I wanted to count together also. For example I wanted to count open risks that are from project A, project B and project C?
Can you help?
Thanks,
Luke
@lukasrobbo97
Excellent!
Happy to help!
Regarding your other question, I'd recommend using a Report, a so-called Master Metrics sheet combined with Cross-Sheet formulas, or Cross-Sheet formulas in one of the sheets.
Make sense?
