InDesign + Smartsheet create proof

I'm trying to create a proof within inDesign to attach to a smartsheet. I do the pages that I'd like to be made but every time I click on make a proof, I get this error message. "A required header was missing or invalid:"

Any idea where this header information can be found to put one in?

Hi @rcraft

This is a generic error that could have a number of causes; the first thing I'd check is to make sure you're using a supported version of InDesign: InDesign 2019 (v14), 2020 (v15), 2021 (v16)

If that's correct, then can you confirm how you are uploading the proof? You noted that there are multiple pages... pages would need to be uploaded one at a time. See: Tips for Smartsheet integrations for Adobe Creative Cloud
