Hi, I'm Melanie. I'm from Southern California and work in the Healthcare industry. I've been using Smartsheet since 2018. I wasn't too impressed at first, but now I'm one of the Overachievers - so clearly it grew on me! haha!

We use Smartsheet for practically everything here - document tracking, work collaboration, team portals, knowledge bases, communication, data reconciliation, and oh yeah... project plans.

I'm not particularly photogenic, so you get to see my boss/coworker instead - all snug in her cubicle. Enjoy!
