Export Smartsheet from Teams
I have Teams configured to accept Smartsheets. For one of the Smartsheets, the title shows. I can click to the right of it and export the Smartsheet from Teams.
For a second Smartsheet, the title does not show, and I am unable to export from Teams.
I think I am missing a configuration step.

Hi @PMOGal
Thank you for these screen captures! From this, it looks like in your second Teams channel you have the published link setting checked to "View sheet in full screen". This would remove the sheet title and hide any custom branding. See the second-to-last bullet point in this Help Article: Publish Settings: Read Only or Editable by Anyone
Removing the full screen setting should bring back the sheet name and export ability.
Cheers,
Genevieve

Hi @PMOGal
What Publish type of link are you using to add this Smartsheet sheet to your Teams channel? The Read Only - HTML does not have an export option. You'll want to add Read Only - full to have the export capability:
See: Publish a Smartsheet Item to a Channel and Publish a Sheet
Let me know if this was the issue or not! If not, it would be useful to see screen captures, but please block out sensitive data.
Cheers,
Genevieve

We are using Read Only - Full. Oddly, for one Smartsheet, I can see the title. On a different team, for the same sheet, I cannot see the title.

If I click the red dots, I can export because the title shows:
Same sheet, different channel, no title:
