    Technically yes, but it is going to be extremely rigid. My suggestion would be to have the dates going down one column and then each instrument/time slot as other columns.

    Dates.....Inst A Morning.....Inst A Afternoon.....Inst B Morning.....Inst B Afternoon

    Come see me in Seattle at ENGAGE 2024! I will be at the 10xViz partner booth throughout as well as the "Lets Talk About Community" Meet & Eat table on Tuesday from 11:45am - 12:45pm!

  • Thanks for your comment. It indeed seems rigid. I was trying an alternate way. My grid view is this:

    In the calendar view for the same, I see this

    I want to be able to add the instrument name and the user in the calendar as well eg. for August 24th, with Project 1 it should also show ELSD1 and Sibali Bandyopadhyay as well. How can I do that ? Please help.

    Hi @Sibali_B

    I hope you're well and safe!

    You can combine multiple cells, but you'd have to add them to the Task Name (Primary) column.

    You'd have to move the Task Name to another new so-called helper column.

    Would that work/help?

    I hope that helps!

    Be safe and have a fantastic weekend!

  • Thanks Andree for this information. How can I combine "Task Name", "Instrument" and "User" in a Primary Column which would be the helper column. Thanks

    @Sibali_B

    Happy to help!

    Try something like this in the Primary Column (Task Name)

    =[Primary Helper]@row + " - " + Instrument@row + " - " + User@row
