Sheet Name Blank in published report

I have a report in Smartsheet that is displaying sheet name, along with a couple of other fields. When i view it in report mode, i can see it. However, when I view it in Publish view or PDF, the column displays as blank. However when you hover your cursor over the column header, you can see there is data in the field (see light blue shading in attached image). I do not believe I have added any formatting to any of this. Does anyone know how to fix?

Strange!

Try these troubleshooting steps first.

• Log out / in again
• Try a different browser
• Try the browsers in Private/Incognito mode
• If possible, check if other users have the same issue

If the steps above don't solve it, and if you haven't already, I recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team and provide the results of the troubleshooting steps above.

Thanks @Andrée Starå . I did most of those steps and also had someone else test it. I didn't try the incognito browser, but will do that and send feedback.
