Collaborators in a sheet should only be able to see their rows
I have a sheet where approx. 8 people are entering information (collaborators).
Because of the Commercial sensitive data, I have the following question:
1) Is there a way that those collaborators only can see their own rows in the sheet? For instance using filters?
2) a very selective number of people should be able to see all rows!

Hi @Martin K
I hope you're well and safe!
Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!
Here's a possible workaround or workarounds
- Premium App, Dynamic View
- Premium App, WorkApps
- I recently developed a (what I call), Dynamic View Light. It's quite advanced, but in short, it uses cross-sheet formulas and INDEX/MATCH and a specific structure and method, so it's only possible to show data that should be available.
Would any of those options work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

Hi Andrée,
Thank you very much for your response.
Do you have some more information about you so-called Dynamic View Light?
Would that be able to solve my issue?
Have a great week!
Best regards,
Martin
