SharePoint document link as an option under Attachments

It would be great if as well as all the Dropbox, Google Drive, oneDrive and other file attachment options, we could also have a direct 'Link' option for SharePoint document libraries, document sets/folders. Leading practice for document management suggests not to store documents in proprietary databases (such as Smartsheet grid sheets) but rather in a dedicated document repository, such as an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS). In circumstances where Smartsheet database servers in not located in country, data sovereignty issues dictate that government-related documents should be stored on locally-hosted (cloud) servers. Surely we could add an additional 'SharePoint' option to the Attachments menu (see below).
