Disappearing Data in Cells

when creating a number of sheets, I am finding that if I have the cursor in a cell for to long, then the data in the cell disappears. Additionally, if explode out a parent cell, it will disappear. This one particular sheet only has 150 rows on it but will grow to 700+, using the undo command and our looking at my master sheet to figure out the text that it missing if the undo command does not work, is okay for now, but this will grow increasingly difficult to determine what text I need to put back.

Has anyone else seen this before? Thank so much!

Do you have any plugins in the browser (caffeine, I think it's called) that keep the computer from going to sleep or similar?

Was that the issue?

I do use the plugin "Caffeine" is that what is causing my issue?

I had no idea that that is what it could be. I will try that out.
