Rouge Email Reminder from reminder@app.smartsheet.com

Hi everyone. I have automations set up for a sheet we've been using for some time now - several years.

I will typically get Automations notifications from - automation@app.smartsheet.com

I also get a notification from an email - reminder@app.smartsheet.com and for the life of me I can't figure out where this reminder is running. I have checked and rechecked my Automations several times without any luck. I'm very familiar with Automations so I'm certain that reminder is not coming from an automation that I've set up. Does anyone know where alerts from reminder@app.smartsheet.com are generated from?

Does it also include a link to the sheet it is being sent from?

reminder@app.smartsheet.com is the email address associated with a row level reminder, set up directly on the row (versus through an Automated Workflow).

If you're able to identify the possible sheets it could be coming from, you can tell when a row has a reminder on it because a bell icon should appear to the left of the row:

You can click on this icon and delete the reminder from there.

Thanks @Genevieve P. I appreciate you taking the time to write this up. I don't currently have any row-level reminders set up. This reminder gets sent out on all new rows added as well so it acts more like an automation. From my understanding, those row-level notifications need to be set up on each individual row.
