SmartSheet for Success Plans - Client Confusion

Hi All!

I am using SmartSheet for client-facing mutual success plans and have been running into the confusion point where they believe they cannot use it since they are not paying for SmartSheet and SmartSheet required them to begin a free trial.

How are others getting in front of this confusion from clients? Are there ways to share with them to mitigate them going through this process?
