Request an update

I'm thinking of setting up an automated request an update workflow to go out to the assigned column once a week every Friday to manage the construction phase of my project. Only trouble is I want it to send an individual email to each contact in the assigned column not one big email. I have been setting up a weekly 'request an update' per line using the 'create an update request' which is working well however I wondered if there was a quicker way of doing this as it is okay for one project but I have 80 projects similar to the photo snip attached. My goal is for the complete%, status and contractors comments columns to become fully automated, is this posssible? Thanks

If you set up an automated recurring Update Request Workflow, it should work just fine and send one request per row.
