Hi @Bethany Garcia
I hope you're well and safe!
You can already do this with the Workflows, but it will be a link to the PDF.
Would that work?
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic weekend!
Best,

@Andrée Starå a link would work, but would that require them to have permissions to the sheet? I'm trying to avoid giving permissions to the sheet and just want the PDF to be sent to the individual without them having to go to/have access to the sheet.
@Bethany Garcia
Yes, it will work without them having access. It can be sent to anyone.

@Andrée Starå what workflow/automation would allow that link to be sent?
Any Update on this
Not yet. @Andrée Starå would you be able to provide additional information about the workflow/automation that would allow the link of the generated PDF to be sent?
I am having he same issue. I would like the Generated PDF be sent to the email the user inserts into a form.
I am having the same problem. I would like to JUST send the generated pdf to the email inserted into the form. Right now the users may or may not be submitting additional documents when submitting the form so trigger based on the addition of an attachment might trigger at the incorrect time.
I agree, it would be nice to be able to have an automation that it will email out the PDF directly in an automation to a specified user. This doesn't always seem to work when selecting just the link to an attachment.
As one of the system admins, it is absurd to me that I cannot view or have access to all of the items created in my organization. We have over 11,000 reports, sheets, and dashboards and I can't see them. I have no visibility to if people are using our plan for their own personal use, or what kind of work is going on unless…
Our sheets & workspaces require many people to have Admin level capabilities, which means that when someone requests access to a sheet or workspace, that email is sent to every Admin. This causes confusion and higher risk of no access granted (because people have learned to ignore the emails) or the wrong level of access…
Today you can create a form and add logic. If that logic requires that requests need to be made for X days in the future you can add logic to help. For instance is the date requirement is not met you can hide fields so that information cannot be submitted completely. You can display a banner if date requirements are not…
