Showing multiple dates from the same sheet row in a calendar

I have 6 columns in my Smartsheet that are date columns, two of which are start and end dates. I have got the start and end dates to appear in a calendar report, but the other ones (individual dates, not date ranges) do not show up. I cannot have them as children rows. I have tried applying conditional formatting to the columns to change the cell colour when a date is entered as I saw suggested in a similar question thread but that did not work. I cannot have an entire row/task bar highlighted, as multiple of the date columns for the same row will have data so that would overlap. Is there any formula or function that can circumvent this?

Hi @Elijah,

In "Project Settings" there is a section for "Date Range Display". This pair of dates is what populates the Gantt and Calendar views. There is not an option for multiple ranges being displayed for the same row.

You can have as many date ranges as you need in any given row. As far as using dates for things like the Gantt view, you are restricted to one date pair which you define in your Project Settings.

I'm just adding onto this because this should definitely be a feature. I wanted one calendar view showing both campaign date ranges and their email send date so I could visualize it all together.

I completely agree with the above desires to have a gantt chart / calendar view with multiple dates on one row! What is needed to have this feature be developed? I've even looked to try to export my data and implement this as a bar chart on excel which is ridiculous when the easiest and cleanest solution is to have Smartsheet to implement this requested need :)
