SmartSheet and company network drives

I am trying to access files on company network drives within SmartSheet. Obviously, that is not going to work with SmartSheet restriction to URL links but does anyone know of a solution? or maybe an intermediary tool that replicates network documents on the web?

Currently Smartsheet doesn't support linking to internal directories as you've found; hyperlinks need to link to publicly available URLs (click here for more information on Hyperlinking).

Other customers have discussed something similar on this older thread, which may help!
