Workflows not working after making changes to the sheet and/or workflow
Hi!
I have been using a SmartSheet with multiple workflows for quite a while and noticed that the workflows are not triggering anymore after I have made either a change to the sheet or changed something in the workflow. How is this possible and how can I get them to work again?
I have tried duplicating the workflow but it didn't help.

@ChristineN They way this is set up will only run if a new row is added. Change the trigger to "When Rows are Added or Changed"

Hi Samuel, I have not changed this part of the workflow and I definitely don't want this triggered anytime there is a change in a row since there are more steps after this one. I just noticed that apparently all other steps after the first in this workflow run well, only this very first one doesn't. Any other suggestion? Thank you!

@ChristineN can you explain what you are trying to do? The workflow you shared will only run when a brand new row is added.
When a row is added this workflow will send an approval request to whoever is listed.
Is that not what you are expecting to happen, or are you expecting more to happen?
