Attach a pdf flyer to form submission

I have setup a Dog Registration form for residents in town and I want to automatically send each submitter a flyer. We are required by the State to do stormwater outreach regarding dog waste (see attached).

There doesn't appear to be a way I can include a document in the Form Settings "Send Email of Submissions". Is there another way to send this flyer to all residents who fill out form?

Yes, you could add an Update Request workflow that would automatically trigger when a new form submission is received.

thank Andree, not sure I'm following. I started creating an Update Request but still not seeing where I can attach the one pdf that I want to be sent.

Happy to help!

You'd add it to one row as an attachment and then use formulas to trigger it from the form submission, but I'd recommend one of the two methods described below instead.

• You can use an online storage service and include the link in an Alert instead.
• Embed the PDF in a Dashboard and included the link to the Dashboard in an Alert.

I was seeing if I could just automatically attach the pdf file to the email they receive after submitting the form (which is the dog registration application).

So providing them with the link in that custom message is the best way at this point?

Ok. Yes, I'd recommend adding the link to an Alert Workflow that would trigger for each submission.
