Looking for ideas on adding "help text" to ensure consistent input of data into cells

Is there a way to add help text to a column header? We have multiple people entering data on the same Smartsheet and there are inconsistencies in the way the data is entered. For example, sometimes dates are entered 12/14/22 or 12.14.22 or 12-14-22. I am looking for a way or a place to put "best practices" or "help text" on the Smartsheet where the user can "hover" to read or refresh their memory on how the data should read. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
