Viewing WorkApps on Mobile

Is anyone else having trouble viewing WorkApps in the Smartsheet mobile app? I used to have a bottom toolbar with a WorkApps icon, but it's no longer there. They are not listed on my home screen or on any other toolbars I can locate. I also tried searching for some WorkApps by name, and they did not come up in the search.

Strange! It works for me on iOS.

As a quick update - I submitted a support ticket and it has been escalated. I met with a support rep via Zoom today and he could not find the cause, so it's been further escalated to Smartsheet's engineers.

I have a question for you. I am using the iOS mobile app. I can access WebApps, and it works well. But when I try to access a project page link I get an error.

Are you experiencing the same issue?

@francoivette23 I can see WorkApps now! Support wasn't able to help me; it had to do with the version of Smartsheet mobile that I was able to access via the play store. It just wouldn't give me access to the latest version for a long time, for some reason. It works now, though!
