Form submission not adding row to tracker

Hi all! I have a form that is suddenly not pushing the submission response to the tracker. It was working fine and then 10 minutes later it just stopped sending the information to the sheet.

I've tried creating a new form in case the original somehow was corrupted and same issue.

Other sheets/forms in our account are still working fine.

Anyone experiencing anything like this or know what might be wrong?

If a copy of the responses is requested, that comes through via email, but nothing whatsoever appears on the sheet itself. The form also shows as having only 1 submission even though we've put through multiple tests.

@Andrée Starå ooo, it appears there was just a significant delay in them coming through as they suddenly all appeared when I hit post comment here! LOL
