Include Jira Initiative in group hierarchy

I need more depth to the group hierarchy than is currently supported in the Jira Connector.

-- At least supporting up to Initiative would be great.

-- It would be even better if you allowed the primary column to sort/indent based on a user defined hierarchy that is created from Jira Issue Type fields.

-- Or use the Jira Parent Link as a source for hierarchy designation.
