Using the app for approval request

Every time I get an approval request update it opens up a new safari page. 

I would like to use the app to give an approval request. For example, I had 10 approval requests. Each one I click on (on my phone) it opens up a new safari browser page. It's a little annoying. Cumbersome. 

I want to be able to do it all through the app. Is this possible? If so, how can I make this happen.
