If someone wants to subscribe to the Center of Excellence, can he/she do that without being a paid Smartsheet user, or does the person need to upgrade?
Hi Jana,

You can subscribe, if you have an unlicensed Smartsheet account, but we do ask users to create new items using Smartsheet. Technically you could watch videos but would probably not get much value.

I have shared sheets and dashboards with people outside of my organization, and one has a paid license. Would I be able to grant admin access to this licensed user to their sheet? Or would the ownership of the space by one organization limit the admin accessibility of someone from outside?
