Contact List does not show up in Assigned To

I have downloaded a template set from Smartsheet: Template Set - Project Tracking and Rollup

I copied this set into a specific Workspace and the Workspace sharing is visible in the Sheet - Project Plan.

However, the Assign To dropdown only shows myself and Example Name. Column Type is Contact List as defaulted by the template configuration.

Do I have to add every one of my contacts manually?

Every other sheet I create from scratch and have a column designated as Contact List, shows my contacts without fail.

Did you click on the resource icon when assigning the task? Only your name and the example will show in the dropdown, you have to click the resource icon to see all resources in your contact list.
